Why use MLS Assistant?

Many real estate web sites provide a search of the MLS database, but it is very rare, if not impossible, to find one that will enable you to view the addresses, and even maps to the properties listed.   By registering one time on our site, you can have instant access to a suite of online tools that will assist you in your search for a home. Please be assured that we will not share your personal information with any third party, it is for our records only.

If you choose to receive email lists of new properties, these emails will be delivered to you on a daily basis.  They will contain a list of properties that are new or have changed status since the previous day.  If you would like to see a list of all properties that match your search criteria, simply click the `Updated Property List` in your email, and you will be taken directly to the full list of properties.  For more detail on any property that you see on our web site or in an email, just click the provided link to see all information on that property.

If you don`t receive your daily email for some reason, or if you are away and can`t check email, you can always view your daily updates by logging into my website as a registered user with the email address and password shown above.  You can also log into my web site by clicking on any link in a daily alert email that you have received in the past.

After logging in, you can change your search criteria, contact information, or password by clicking on the `Change My User Information` link at the top of the page.  You can search for homes outside of your email alert parameters at any time by clicking on the `Search for Properties` link in your email or on my web site.  Don`t forget to save your favorite homes and searches in your `Home Portfolio` so that you can check back on them frequently.

The following options are available to you while viewing a detail sheet on any property:

* Map - Shows a map of the property location and lets you get driving directions.
* City Report - Shows information from the state on the city where the property is located.
* School Report - Shows information from the state on schools in the city where the property is located.
* Compare to Other Homes - Shows other similar available and recently sold homes.
* Mortgage Calculator - Helps you estimate mortgage payments for the property.
* Email Agent - Sends me a listing sheet for the property if you would like to set up a private showing, or if you would like more information from me.
* Email Friend - Sends a listing sheet to someone else who you think would be interested in the property.
* Add to Portfolio - Saves the property in your `Home Portfolio` so that you can check back frequently on properties that you are most interested in.
* Print - Prints the listing sheet to your printer.
