Meet Janet 

Janet is a Hutchinson, Kansas transplant.  She fell in love with Colorado Springs during family summer vacations, staying usually at the Broadmoor or sometimes a vacation home in Cascade. It’s no surprise Janet ended up moving here after graduating from KU (go Jayhawks!). Janet has a strong reputation in the local business community, with extensive experience in sales, marketing, banking and management. She has been the co-owner of several successful businesses, which she and a business partner merged to create a leading local HVAC company. They sold it several years ago, which gave Janet the opportunity to pursue her interest in real estate. 

Janet says having great relationships has been the key to her success. She enjoys helping both home buyers and sellers with a wide variety of homes and in all price ranges. Janet is the proud mother of an adult son. You will often find her outdoors, either hiking a mountain or scuba diving off some great island. She is also very fond of our famous local cowboy singers, the Flying W Wranglers. Calling herself a groupie, Janet goes to every concert, and (we’re not kidding) knows the words to every song!
