Toby Lorenc is a native of Colorado Springs and graduate of University of Colorado in Colorado Springs (UCCS). His background includes sales and business development roles across various industries including publishing, entertainment, non-profits, corporate training and development and event planning. Supporting local businesses and shopping small are important to Toby and he's a local foodie who enjoys dining at the various restaurants throughout the region. During his free time, he explores the outdoors with his dog (Kona), enjoys traveling, and doing both performance and visual art.

Toby has been licensed as a real estate agent in Colorado since 2006 and although he works with both buyers and sellers, he specializes working with first time home buyers. As a native of Colorado Springs he's grown to love this community and desires to see it thrive. His designations include being a BHHS Luxury Collection Specialist, Certified Divorce Specialist, Certified Client Protection Expert and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), one of the hardest certifications to acquire. Toby also helps to recruit and train agents and serve as a mentor to help others learn real estate. He also volunteers and serves on various boards including the Downtown Partnership Art on the Streets committee.
